The staff were fantastic, I loved them all. Late check-out. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, I slept good. I had a quite comfortable stay, with a more than savoury breakfast. The location was unbeatable, very close to the airport and a mosque, I couldn't have asked for anything better. Big apartment for great value.

The host gave us an incredible welcome and the wi-fi was super fast. The initial appearance of the place may be underwhelming, but trust me, it's mind-blowing! This B&B-style stay in an old colonial hospital was a jaw-dropping experience. The location is perfect, just 10 minutes from the airport. The garden is amazing for a morning stroll. The room had all the amenities we needed, including an electric kettle and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom was modern and classy. The host and his family were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They even accepted credit cards, which is rare for homestays. And let's not forget the lightning-fast wi-fi, something even luxury hotels couldn't offer us on our entire Sri Lanka trip. Plus, there's an outdoor dining area if you want to enjoy your meals outside. Amazing place, highly recommended!

We had a perfect stay in Katunayake very close to the airport as well as a perfect garden, close to airport and main street. Staff was friendly and excellent, assisted us with everything. Greatly enjoyed its comfortable location in a beautiful colonial residence.

No.53 in Katunayake was the perfect place to relax with its quiet setting and comfortable beds. the room was well-equipped with all necessary amenities, including AC and a TV. the bathroom had modern and classy fittings. Its location was indeed particularly good, really close to a perfect garden, close to airport and main street, and Collombo or Airport. And I was located in a beautiful colonial residence. Stuff was very helpful, and I really enjoyed the host. Reasonably large and huge rooms with comfortable bed, had everything needed.

Everything was good, I enjoyed this beautiful apartment. Amiable and excellent staff ensured a really comfortable stay for first night on Sri Lanka. It had a great setting so close to lovely gardens, the international airport, and Sri Lanka.

The room at No.53 in Katunayake was so cozy and comfortable, just what I needed after a long day of exploring. I loved the seating area where I could relax and unwind, it felt like a home away from home. Plus, having a kettle in the room was a nice touch for making a cup of tea.

I personally didn't enjoy the room service offered by the guesthouse. But hey, it's just my opinion and others might still find it convenient.

As bike riders, we loved the convenient location near the international airport and the welcoming atmosphere of this ancestral residential property. the hosts were friendly and eager to assist, and they even arranged an airport taxi for us. the room was clean, with tea/coffee amenities and working aircon. We enjoyed strolling along the local residential street, surrounded by lush jungle greenery and jackfruit trees.
